This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales and Orders Coordinator to join Conserve It in Melbourne. Reporting directly to Head of Business Development, you will be working within our Sales team. This is a diverse role that will require you to be highly organised and deliver a wide spectrum of sales, customer and administrative support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Creation of quotations and offers to customers in both AUD and Foreign Currencies as required
Processing of sales orders including organisng shipments
Prepare purchase orders to suppliers in local and foreign currencies
Leading internally to determine stock availability and lead times
Assisting with client meetings and corporate events.
Communicating with customers to clarify order details, schedule deliveries and assist with after sales service
Administration of customer relationship management
General support to the sales team and sales management
Assist in preparing various periodic product pricelists in local and foreign currencies Hours: Full Time Location: Melbourne CBD

You’ll clearly communicate client requirements to Sales team
You’ll support sales conversations and inquiries with follow-up as required
You’ll contribute to project management and process improvement
You’ll use your strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel
You'll have basic knowledge of Adobe suite to edit PDF's etc
