Tridium has announced the launch of a new, more robust Niagara Community website. Starting with this launch, access to the Niagara Community will only be available through the secure Login/Sign-up landing page.
Niagara Community 2.0 is designed to help Niagara users collaborate more easily and meaningfully. The innovative and user-friendly resource offers improved access to support, along with the many tools and resources available to Niagara users. Members can use the site to find answers, learn more and solve challenges.
New and Improved Features
Looking for information on a specific topic? Find discussion postings on a subject faster using the improved Topics menu.
The Global search offers the capability to search for information in multiple features of the Niagara Community.
Articles search offers an additional search option through our vast knowledge base.
Share knowledge with community users and get answers to your questions quickly and easily using an improved Groups feature.
When posting a question, users can now include multiple attachments from various sources.
Improved Discussions capabilities allow users to answer directly to a previous comment / sub-topic within a discussion.
Code Snippets with text highlighting is now available in Discussions.
As of May 28, 2020, users will be able to access the new site by visiting www.niagara-community.com.
If you're not already a member of the Niagara Community, becoming a member is simple and free. New Niagara users can join by visiting www.niagara-community.com and clicking Sign Up.
